I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine and years of experience caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. My clinical training emphasizes thoughtful assessment, evidence-based treatment, and a patient-centered approach that respects the whole person — not just a diagnosis.
I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and other common mental health concerns across the lifespan. As a Navy veteran, I am also comfortable treating veterans and first responders and am in tune to the unique needs that arise within those populations. My approach integrates psychiatric medication management with education, collaboration, and practical strategies that support long-term stability and growth.
I currently see patients via secure telehealth throughout the state of California, allowing for flexible, accessible care while maintaining high clinical standards. Telehealth offers privacy, convenience, and continuity — especially for individuals balancing work, family, or geographic barriers to care.
What sets my practice apart is the belief that mental health care should feel personal, respectful, and unrushed. I take the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and partner with patients in their care. Trust is built through consistency, transparency, and showing up prepared — every single appointment.
Atlas Mind Group was founded with a clear purpose: to provide ethical, high-quality psychiatric care in a system that too often feels impersonal or transactional. As a solo provider, I remain directly involved in every aspect of patient care, ensuring accountability, discretion, and clinical integrity.
Whether you are seeking clarity, stability, or a path forward, my goal is to offer care that is grounded, professional, and genuinely supportive.
